Other Times/Arrangements and Services agreed on will appear as a addendum at the end of this contract. The Parties agree that the total fee of the photography services provided will be_________________. The Parties agree that a 50% deposit of ________________ will be paid to the Photographer. The Balance of the total amount is agreed due 30 days before the day of the wedding. A Signed “Contract for Wedding Photography Services” and payment of the deposit are necessary to confirm and secure the date(s) of the stated wedding services. The Deposit is partially returnable depending on the circumstances requiring the reschedule, the timing of the rescheduling, my availability on a new date or a complete cancellation of the wedding date or my services. There are many variables which can’t all be covered here, however the intent of returning or not returning part or all of the deposit is to cover my time spent in working with you and to not penalize you at all if that is not warranted. Returning a portion of the deposit: 1. If the date needs to be rescheduled and I am available & hired for the new date there is no penalty. 2. If the date needs to be rescheduled and I am not available 50% or more of the deposit can be returned depending on how many hours I have spent working with you planning the wedding photography. 3. If the date is canceled less that 30 days before the wedding date a decision will be made by the photographer how much deposit should be returned depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. The Parties agree that the means of payment will be via: By Check: Made Payable to Ron Richman Direct Transfer via - Venmo: @Ron Richman or ron@ronrichman.com Direct Transfer via - Zelle: ron@ronrichman.com or 530-545-9888 Photography Services: Photography services includes photographing the Wedding Day as discussed and agreed upon. The photography services includes processing the digital photographs, delivering digital proofs , delivering final high quality high resolution digital images to the client. Digitally processed for best color, exposure and sharpness. and includes the printing the agreed upon fine quality prints. Pre-Wedding Consultation: As much as is needed. Wedding Day Schedule: My style of working, passion and experience are designed to achieve outstanding photographic results and will result in a great set of wedding photos. The Clients and the Photographer agree to consult with each other and work as a team to ensure the best results to ensure a shooting schedule within the time frame available to achieve our goals. Together we can make the magic happen on your magic wedding day. Let’s make the magic. Second Shooter/Photographer will be hired if the size or the logistics of the Wedding require a second shooter and it is agreed by both parties. The cost of a second shooter will vary depending on which photographer is available. The cost will vary between $600 - $1500 depending on their rate and the chosen wedding package. When the cost is known and agreed upon 50% of that cost will be included in the deposit or the entire amount if it is less than 30 days to the wedding date. than the full amount. It is agreed that the client cannot hire a second shooter(s) directly. Meal(s): The Clients agree to provide a meal(s) for the Photographer if the length of time exceeds five hours. House Rules: Photographers are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no flash photography is allowed, and others will insist that the Photographers shoot from a specific location. The Clients should know or find out if there are any restrictions to the photographer before the Wedding Day to ensure the best possible outcome. Copyright Law: The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. Model Release: The Clients grant the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images. Limit of Liability: If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above the Photographer will book a replacement wedding photographer. If a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. In the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. with any of the terms hereof. Severability: In an event where any provision of this Agreement is found to be void and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remaining provisions will remain to be enforced in accordance with the Parties’ intention. Amendments: The Parties agree that any amendments made to this Agreement must be in writing where they must be signed by both Parties to this Agreement. As such, any amendments made by the Parties will be applied to this Agreement.
